If an incorrect item is received, or there is an error with your order, it will be promptly reviewed and corrected. In those cases, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided to ensure you receive the right items. Please contact the studio immediately via hey@fromlowwater.com with your order number if there is an issue with your order.

Estimated delivery for all United States shipments is within 7 business days (usually under 5) and up to 14 business days for international shipments 📦
You should receive an email with tracking info once your item has shipped. It may take some time for the carrier to receive and scan your order. International shipments may be subject to customs fees or duties. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

These things happen sometimes 😅 If you received an incomplete order or the wrong item, forward your original order confirmation to hey@fromlowwater.com with with what's missing or incorrect and it'll be made right as soon as possible.

Ugh – my heart 💔 If your order arrived damaged, please contact the studio with your order number at hey@fromlowwater.com and the issue will be evaluated and corrected. This will usually result in a fresh replacement at no cost.

If it still appears delayed or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the studio via hey@fromlowwater.com with your order number and any tracking details so the issue can be investigated and resolved. Carriers may have shipping delays beyond the studio's control.

Absolutely the fuck not. All art you see on this site is human-ideated, hand-drawn on iPad, typeset in Figma, and hand-printed one-by-one in-house.. usually in the middle of the night, fitting that artist stereotype. Artificial intelligence or image generation will never be used for any from low water art nor site media.

It'd be an honor to have my work tattooed on you. If your tattooer requires permission from the original artist (me), just show them this FAQ page.
