Estimated delivery for all United States shipments is within 7 business days (usually under 5) and up to 14 business days for international shipments ๐ฆ
You should receive an email with tracking info once your item has shipped. It may take some time for the post office to receive and scan your order. International shipments may be subject to customs fees or duties. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If it still appears delayed or shows as delivered but you havenโt received it, contact us via hey@fromlowwater.com with your order number and any tracking details so the issue can be investigated and resolved. Carriers may have shipping delays beyond our control.
